Our Mission
Our mission is to provide programming, training, and coaching for clients’ looking to maximize their leadership potential.
We work with clients in various industries; however, we have a special interest in the field of education working with students, staff, faculty, and administration.
Foundational Beliefs
- We believe in being models of the principles and practices we teach, as well as aligning with affiliates and partners who model the same.
- We believe in the use of a personal mission statement as a primary tool for leadership success. The mission statement provides clarity, direction, and focus as it guides personal decision-making
- We believe that lasting leadership change is a function of the systems and processes in the environment, as well as the character of the individuals in that environment. Both of these work interdependently.
Educational Tenets
Tenet # 1
Education should be holistic and should address NKJMPS’ Core™ values. NKJMPS’ Core™ are not new values or ideas, but rather timeless values and ideas that we’ve redefined as we’ve understood them.
Tenet # 2
A supportive educational climate is fostered when all stakeholders are involved in a collective mission statement development process. Thus, the mission statement is a guiding tool for success, as well as the cornerstone for effective organizational management.
Tenet # 3
Everyone in the educational environment is both an educator and a student. This includes all faculty, teachers, support staff, law enforcers, administrators, students, parents, guardians; the environment is one of interdependence.
